Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software, and services (the "Service") provided by SPACE WORK S.A.R.L ("Space Work", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by SPACE WORK S.A.R.L, Industrial City, Roumieh, Lebanon. You can reach us at info@spacework.ai.

2. The Service

Space Work provides management software and related tools. We are actively developing the Service and may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you use the Service.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be authorized to act for any organization you register on the Service.
Notify us promptly at info@spacework.ai of any unauthorized use.

4. Fees, early access & future pricing

The Service is currently offered during an early-access period at no charge. You will not be billed for use of the Service while early access applies to your account.

We may introduce fees for some or all features in the future. If we do:

we will give you reasonable advance notice (by email or in-app) before any charge applies to you;
no fee will ever be charged without your explicit agreement to a paid plan; and
you may choose to accept a paid plan or to stop using the paid features at that time.

Early-access and founding users may, at our discretion, be offered preferential terms. Any fees, taxes, billing cycles, and refund terms will be set out in the specific plan or order you expressly accept before payment. Where card payment is unavailable, local payment methods may be offered.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: break the law; infringe others' rights; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access; probe or disrupt the Service; or use it to store or share content you have no right to.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process Customer Data in order to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion of your data as described there.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Space Work and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

8. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (for example, hosting, email, or payment processing). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space Work will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period unless prohibited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Lebanon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you are located.
