At Space Work, we see façades as more than a building's outer skin - a fusion of innovation, precision, and longevity. We elevate industry standards through cutting-edge materials, meticulous engineering, and a collaborative approach that brings architects, developers, and engineers together.
Kevin Gemayel, founder, is a second-generation leader in façade consulting. In the façades business since 2014, he helped restore Beirut's historic landmarks and homes after the 2020 explosion, and has turned the craft into a structured, process-driven consultancy. Six years volunteering with the Red Cross shaped a leadership approach built on empathy and collaboration - principles that now define Space Work.
