Orbit for building managers

Every owner's share, worked out the way the building actually splits it.

Charges by share or by milliemes, blocks that pay only for their own entrance, a reserve that adds up, arrears letters in Arabic, and a portal where owners can see it themselves.

Who

Building managers, syndics, owners' committees, and the firms that manage several buildings.

The problem today

Charges are split by hand every quarter, arrears are chased from memory, and the committee wants a report nobody has time to write.

The screens only this trade gets

The tools of your trade, not a generic form.

On top of the accounting, sales, stock and people every business gets, this is what Orbit adds for your work.

Charges by share or millieme

Split each charge the way the building actually splits it, with blocks that pay only for their own entrance, and run a whole quarter in one go.

Arrears and notices

See who owes what at a glance and print an arrears notice in Arabic with the amount written out in words, ready to send.

Budget and reserve

Set the annual budget, hold a reserve that adds up, and give it back correctly when the rules say so.

Owner portal and committee

Owners see their own account and pay, and the committee gets the building report without anyone writing it by hand.

And the whole company underneath

This is one part of a system that runs the whole business.

The trade screens above sit on the same core every Orbit company gets, so the work and the books are never two systems.

The moneyDouble-entry accounting, invoicing, payments, VAT and the reports an accountant asks for.
The workQuotes, orders, purchasing, multi-warehouse stock and projects, all tied to the ledger.
The peopleEmployees, attendance, leave and payroll, with roles down to the record.
The platformApprovals, your own fields and words, an audit trail, and your brand on every print.

Answers

Questions people in your trade ask.

How do I calculate maintenance charges by milliemes?
Hold each unit's share in milliemes and Orbit splits every charge in that proportion, including charges that only some units pay, like a lift or a private entrance. A whole quarter of charges is one run, not a spreadsheet per building.
What should a syndic arrears notice say?
It should state the unit, the period, the amount overdue and the date it was due. Orbit prints the notice in Arabic with the amount written out in words, so it is ready to serve without being retyped.
Is there building management software for a syndic?
Yes. Orbit runs the charges, the arrears, the annual budget and the reserve fund for one building or many, with an owner portal and a committee report, and full accounting underneath. It is the software formerly known as Plot, now part of Orbit.

See Orbit on your own numbers.

Generate a quarter's charges across sixteen units, then print an arrears notice in Arabic with the amount written out in words.
